The Room was very clean & the staff were very friendly! I specifically was fond of a young lady by the name of Alyssa S. She was so professional & kind… She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed… She showed me hospitality, & kindness… I think that I’m going to be using this Red Roof Inn in the near future… Depending on the day, & prices… The only thing that I didn’t like was that the price changes every day… But if they give me a good deal… I might buy a week, or something… But yea! Great job guys… And thanks again Alyssa S… And the other staff! Let’s not forget about room service too tho! Okay… Now y’all be encouraged & have a blessed day…
Was traveling from NY to FL with my mother who has Dimentia. Shaun was very friendly welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help me make My mom comfortable and her personality made us feel safe . Rooms are a little dated and need updates but they serve the purpose and for the price your expectations shouldn’t be too high. Thank you Shauna!
Red roof of Owen Dr Is by far the best place I've stayed in Fayetteville and Ive stayed out of all of them! The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is very nice. This Red Roof Inn is pet friendly as many places in Fayetteville are not. Alyssa at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I'm serious, this is the best place to stay in my opinion. Circle K and Carlie C's IGA are right down the street. Cape Fear Valley hospital ia very close also. The environment is a safe one also. Crime rate is low at this location. Room rates are very fair.
